He has a big tolerance for Ray because he has dealt with a lot of bad workers in the past. The fact that Ray shows up everyday shows he cares. Every employer values different things. Some only care about performance and expect people to not need help. That's why Ray gets so much hate. It's because he constantly makes mistakes and needs help all the time. That being said, I've personally worked with many toxic people over the years. So I really do think working with angry or moody people isn't worth it in the end. Having someone that's mentally stable with a positive attitude consistently is huge. A lot of people can't even handle the basic premise of treat people how you want to be treated.

Ryan has said multiple times in multiple videos that Daniel is the CEO. Of course, it's a partial joke because of Daniel's age, and Ryan will always be in charge as long as he keeps working. But Ryan would like to pass down the business, someday (a long time from now, God Willing), and Daniel wants to be involved, he enjoys doing things with his father. But he's also a kid that enjoys doing many different things, hence the partial joke of being CEO.

I absolutely love watching your videos Ryan. The crew you have are a group of guys and I don’t understand why people say you should fire your guys all the time. They are hard workers and get the job done sure they mess up from time to time and may ask to many questions. But let’s be honest we have ALL done those things I’d rather have my guys ask me a million questions that may seem to be common sense to me but I’d rather deal with that than them not ask. One of the biggest things I’ve learned as a business owner is you will NEVER find an employee that will do things the exact way you do. If you expect that then do it yourself because no one can be expected to be perfect. As long as your crew shows up and gets the job done that’s all you can ask. Especially in today’s era no one wants to work and they expect high dollar wage.
