Those high kicks are no joke bro, & those punches have a little snap on them as well...I've trained for many years, & live in San Diego...I understand how difficult it is to maintain the motivation to train regularly at a gym, & you can see very clearly that your cardio is long gone---still, with your natural size, quickness, flexibility, & strength--you're definitely nobody to be taken lightly...lucky for your crew that you're such a nice guy!

I can't speak for everyone else, but I like these videos along with the rest of them. You show the importance of taking time out of your busy schedule to spend some one on one time with kids and family 👪. I think that's what's wrong with regular TV. They don't show the importance of family time. That's why I like watching KZbin channels. No matter the topic, whether it's concrete, gardening, farming, fishing.... I see people doing things with their family. Keep making your great videos.

Hello Ryan I just wanted to say I enjoy your channel and wanted to tell you that you are very correct about the mower tipping over. I lost a friend of mine in the maintenance dept. he was killed when the mower flipped and landed on top of him. He was not wearing his seat belt and did not have his roll cage up. very sad and since less accident. I believe he would be here today if those thing were in place.
