The *best advice I ever got for dealing with any service such as bank, cable, utility companies, etc. is that when you don't get thru to the 'correct' department, call back and select the option for "CANCEL service"* You will get a human being - one who is very interested in making you happy - immediately. That way, you can advise the of your issue, AND tell them that if this happens one more time, you WILL be cancelling and simply raising the limit on your other credit cards instead. Hope this helps! We all know that's how credit card companies make their money! I forgot to mention that I was given this tip by my telephone company repair guys when he came to fix something. He hears the complaint all the time about how long we have to wait on hold, get transferred to 3 different people, etc. and it's not their fault. He said "you didn't hear this from me, but if you ever run into that again, choose the option or tell the "voice" that you want to "cancel service" and you'll get someone very eager to help you very quickly.

Ryan thinks he can just throw money at some of his problems and it’ll disappear, that doesn’t work when you’re dealing with human behavior. You can’t pay people enough money to have good work ethics, you either have it or don’t. To make it even worse, because of Ryan’s lack of discipline towards his crew, they felt comfortable enough to try and negotiate for part of the bonus even though the rules were clear about how you earn the bonus. This is just another example of how dysfunctional the crew is due to Ryan’s lack of any real discipline. Doesn’t mean that Ryan business won’t be successful or that the crew can’t work together. Those things are obviously happening. It just means that Ryan will continue to have problems with his crew because of his management style and that he can’t just throw money at some problems. It’s a clown show but it still works at the end of the day. Hopefully Ryan will realize one day he needs to take responsibility for why his crew is the way they are. People have come and gone from this crew over the years and yet somehow they all behave in similar fashion when it comes to certain things. The problems are consistent which only means one thing. It trickles down from the top.

There's a reason why some guys in the trades are self-starters and others need to be micro-managed. Framers are a great example. All Early twenties / late teens. It always come downed to management. Great example was on that dark colored patio when Carlito suggested how to do something, Ryan said no, then eventually said to do it Carlito's way and making it seem like it was his idea.

Yea. Just hearing Ryan in that video kinda made me look at these guys different. Like inconsiderate. How can you stand your boss up like that? Tino was the only guy to show up if I remember correctly. Ryan sent him home, drove out to the charter place and still paid the guy even though his guys backed out. I felt bad for Ryan that day. I think that hurt his feelings for real. You think those guys are your friends outside of work, then you realize… maybe not. Those guys benefit BIG time from Ryan. KZbin channels, side jobs, using Ryan’s equipment for side jobs, countless lunches and dinners. Getting paid to do nothing? Ryan pays those guys when Ryan goes on vacation. They don’t work and still get paid. That’s all you need to know about Ryan as a boss. He pays them to not work on top of paying for his family vacation. Such a big heart Ryan has.

I think he has a certain way he wants things done so he has a tendency to do it himself rather than delegate and teach, so I think a lot of times the guys have been conditioned to wait around to be told what to do because they don't want to be told they did it wrong and Ryan's just gonna do it over anyway. Sort of a catch 22.

Exactly. Especially when it comes to his crew, Ryan has to take responsibility for his management style. He’s created a work environment that allows for these bad behavior by employees with little to no discipline. All the victory bootlickers just love Ryan so much though and put him on a pedestal. The common theme in these videos is that Ryan always ends up looking like the good guy and his employees all look bad. You have the commenter come down on the employees and praising Ryan like he is their lord and savior. Then add in situations where Ryan feels like some kind of victim. For example when dealing with the city. The bootlickers swoop in again to the comments section to show Ryan their sympathy because they can’t stand that their lord and savior Ryan isn’t allowed to do whatever he wants without question. These worship some of these KZbinrs on here like some people follow and worship celebrities. It’s wild.
