Hey greetings from Greece good to see the silver lady again! Your channel and your love for that bike was one reason i got one! You are right about the protection gear most riders are not wearing any gear or just a helmet! And their behaviour on the road is not any better! That type of people i call them users of two wheels not a rider not a motorcyclist! Stay safe!

Or replace the plastic caps that snap into the top of the bolts. Should only cost about $37 at the parts counter! I'm missing one myself, haven't yet mustered the courage to shell out for it 😱

Great to see & hear the VFR again Richy. On the subject of summer jackets….much prefer the light grey mesh jacket that you bought on the USA trip. Just watched your 2013 Croatia trip again followed by all 27 episodes of the USA tour. What an improvement in every respect; video & sound quality plus general professionalism of everything…..plus ongoing improvement…keep it up mate 👍🏼👍🏼

Wow 2 stones lost! Well done Richy. OMAD is definitely the way to go. Do HIIT and weights as well to keep strength and stamina up and muscles toned. I've been doing it for 2 years now and lost 10kgs down from about 78kg to 67-66kg. Feel so much better for it. Enjoy riding my bikes a lot more as well as I am lighter and fitter.

I use an Oxford hoodie which is similar to that shirt and they’re so comfortable. You’re earning too much if you can afford lurpak. That must have cost £100 😂. Those fish and chips you can get in home bargains. My daughter loves them.

Rich. I have seen 10 secs of the vid, and had to stop and comment mate!!. My family will all tell ya (and I have pics to prove it) I have NO IDEA why, but when I see a field of bales of straw, especially the modern round ones - I have to stop - and gaze over the gate / hedge. Looking at any image of a big old field with bales in is just so relaxing, and I lose myself completely. Bit spooky pal to be honest to see this opener......

I brought a 2003 VFR 4 years ago on the strength of your videos and love it….my second bike has changed over those 4 years but the VFR is here to stay. Great recommendation 👍🏻 And it’s ULEZ compliant so stick that in yer pipe Khan 🖕🏻

Loving the Richa shirt, you just need a bloody big axe to go with it, joking apart though Richy as you said about riders with little to no protection being worn it does make you cringe. I think it is one of those areas legislation could be necessary, and I hate legislation whole heartedly, but in this instance it may be needed. Thank you.
