Thanks to Tony, James, Alex, Den, Dom, Jomm, Leigh, Rebecca, Cade, Soy, Tiffany, Red, all my friends, and everyone else I finally was able to meet~ You all made this trip the best experience I could've ever asked for. And I'm still in shock about how many people we met and ran into this trip! I wasn't expecting anyone to want to see us, but signing for more than 2 hours all together and running into so many followers just walking around really put things into perspective.. I'm so happy that people are enjoying the videos we make, and it makes me happy to know people really care about us :) Thank you

The first time I watched this, I had to idea (or forgot) about her anorexia. I'm here, a year later, just watched her face reveal video (not the first time), and came to this. It makes me feel so bad, how she was in such a depressive state, and her friends were all visibly concerned. as a person who knows how it feels to hide all your true emotions for a long time, I can feel exactly what she's feeling in this video and it hurts to know that everyone thinks your happy and fulfilled when sometimes you want them to look a little deeper but they will never know. For the most part, you are happy with your friends having a great time but it's like you not fully there it's like your on autopilot but you're trying so hard to be yourself but you. at certain times you just want to crawl into a hole and cry (kinda like when Jaiden was eating at restaurants or ordering food) but I can't say for sure that's whats she was feeling but that's the just of it there's way more that's going through a person's head and you can never tell your friends because they already have their lives and problems and you don't want to drag them down with you. It is scary to know that anyone even you can hide their whole life and feelings, so if you ever think somethings off please don't be afraid to look a little deeper.

Ah that's also kinda me. I mean I look happy with my friends (more like sound happy, I have pretty much 0 facial expression), and I guess it's with my more mature friends (we're 13-14, don't expect too much from us) have this as well, we just keep our more depressive thoughts to ourselves. While I don't let people my thoughts, I'm always cold, as I'd like to know the people around me before I let those who I can trust (which is like only a couple of people) know about me, my other friends do show a lot of emotions. We know inside, we're all kinda depressed and stressed, but we don't want people to see it, so we just act like rowdy teens.

She talked about how depressed she was at the time this was filmed and how she didn’t want to disappoint her fans by not coming or being miserable. After this VidCon she asked someone who she took a video and photos with to let her blur out her face because she didn’t want people to see the mask she was wearing. The person agreed but later changed their mind and posted the video showing her face. Shortly after that she started having really dark thoughts, and she didn’t tell anyone because she didn’t want to hurt them.

One of the most wholesome, but also one of the most genuinely fucking terrifying videos on KZbin with the right context. The thumbnail on Jaiden hiding herself “with a mask”. “That’s for you guys, I already ate.” All the other quotes of Jaiden that might seem humorous at first, but in reality are just her reflecting on the state of her mental health. I’d say that the part I’m most chilled by is the fact that she hides her anxiety, fear, sadness, and pain so damn well. I remember having my own bout of extreme anxiety, not anorexia but school related, and even in that whirlwind of emotion I knew when to stop and express myself. I’m horrified and saddened at how much anxiety Jaiden must have been feeling as of that time to the point where all of her ability to express her emotions essentially shut off. I have had a similar experience after my own bout of anxiety-in fact, me and my friends have a running joke that I’m the one dude in that meme who doesn’t cry during Titanic-so it makes me genuinely fucking terrified to think just how much anxiety you would have to feel to genuinely be able to seal in all your emotions during the trauma. I’m glad she’s recovered, and I will forever support her videos.
