I agree for American boxing with this sparing especially for a navis it’s nice to know what it’s like a little bit. In my sport Muay Thai we do a thing called Len Muay, which Len means play, and on occasion we spar like this. Like a genuine 20% sparring, but it never stays like that all training unless injuries or very close to a fight. I certainly wouldn’t post an entire breakdown video of it lol.

I respect Wade for trying to get back in shape or physical activities as he has said before. I let a comment in his video saying how his words made me reflect on the fact that I also need to get back at work and not wait till its too late. But i also respect Leon and Viddal for the brutal honesty that they had with this video. This is the stuff you see in bouncy castles when the kids are pretending to fight. Light taps and moving around. That might be more of an American thing than a UK thing. Honestly all three of you get my respect. From Wades side I respect that he's out here doing this stuff and whether intentional or not motivating the people. From Viddal and Leons side it shows how real they are. Theyre not just gonna be like well done wade you sparred. They were brutal here on how passive Wade truly was and honestly thats the best thing you could ask for. Respect to all 3 of you legends.

@kamuishortsgamer37283 ай бұрын
4:00 gotta disagree. Edit: I can now type my reason as to why. The closer to "Playing around" that sparring is, the more likely you are to learn. Wade sparring a bit harder in the long run can give him some results. Its bounf to, as he'll have to adapt. But if he starts off with light spar/playing, and learning simply how to move his body and react (with communication from his partner, ofc) he'll learn far faster and be able to adjust to higher paces. Wades issue is that he's too in his own head. He /can/ go for a few shots, but not in a way of putting power behind them, but in a way of speed + testing the waters of his creativity. Play IS the way to learn. If he were to spar and know that in certain scenarios you're going to hit him to get him back on track, he'll be stressed about "Staying on track" and "Not going too hard nor too weak". He's already an in his head kind of guy, and that'll only put more pressure on him. Same for anyone else. As they said. Animals in the wild quite literally learn to do deadly things through playing around within their groups. At least, group animals do, like Lions. Learn from Nature. Don't challenge the thing you're bound to

Honestly think this is a bad look for Viddal. There’s a difference between ‘keeping it real’ and just coming off like a prick. This is like a premier league footballer taking the piss out of Sunday league highlights for no reason.
