Video 9 of 9. Measure the valve clearance.

Complete process for the correct measurement of the valve clearance in a Quad Access 450 SP. The engine is similar for the quad GOES 450 X and Hyosung 450 Rapier, therefore the procedure is valid for the three quads. It could also be made extendable for the vast majority of four-stroke single-cylinder quad bikes, since the steps to follow and the general principles of valve clearance measurement are practically the same.
In the set of videos does not show the process of correction of the valve clearance or adjustment, since after the measurement of the clearance of the same it was observed that the clearance of the 4 valves was within the correct ranges marked by the manufacturer . Explain verbally the steps to follow in the case of being out of range the gap and having to make the corresponding correction. The system of correction or adjustment of the clearance of valves in this case is by means of the system of "CALIBRATED PILLS".
To make more practical the visualization of the procedure has been divided into a set of 9 videos that isolate the different steps to be performed until arriving at the last of the measurement of the valve clearance itself.

Buenas tío, tengo un ltz 400 y al cogerlo esta tarde lo pare y al querer volverlo a arrancar no arrancaba se escucha un clip, le hice una racha arranco perfectamente, pero luego ya de haberlo encerrado en el garaje, unas horas después lo quise arrancar y no arrancaba y también se le fue el contacto, no sé si será de la batería o no

Antonio pues te tocará hacer todas las pruebas; primero verificar si la batería tiene el voltaje y la carga suficiente, luego que el motor de arranque gire bien, luego que las bujías tengan chispa y así sucesivamente hasta aislar el problema. Un saludo.

Buenos dias amigo yo tengo un quad pero me da unos tirones muy grandes y no coje vueltas puede ser de las válvulas gracias que estén mal reguladas

Si da tirones no es por las válvulas. Yo investigaría primero la carburación. Un saludo.
