In asia goverment not control to build the house in your land except in city limit, you can do what you want to do for living no permit no inspection, but in usa every thing is money and document how can make ordinary financial problem for play permit, blueplint, soil perk, septic, electric,ac heating, blumping, inspection, house building insurance, all most money, that made people increas living on street.
