Original Hardware rocks. In an age of crappy, cheaply made Arcade1ups that have emulation issues, Rasberry Pi's, etc. it is so refreshing to see someone who still collects physical media. Physical media does everything right, with no glitches or issues.

Nice collection!! I remember seeing copies of "Rule Of Rose" in Walmart, back when it first came out! Hate I didn't grab a copy!! I didn't make that mistake again, when I found 2 copies of "NCAA Football 14 (XBOX 360)" at a Walmart for $29.99 each!! They are worth over $300 each!! Collecting is FUN!!

got a new sub. nice collection :D certain consoles/games i cant find in the wild cause sadly theres not many video game stores here anymore in COMO columbia, missouri. there was 14ish different vintage video game stores around 2010. including thrift stores, gamestops, vintage stock,, cdtradepost (god i was in there nearly every single day) and several other places but after 2010they all closed except gamestop (dont have much but newish stuff), slackers but theyre higher then ebay after they moved buildings and opened 2 other locations), thirft stores are hit and miss except for 1 mom and pop thirft store but theyre either ebay or higher and dont guarantee the games, vintage stock has a decent selection but the older back you go the lousy the collection. i miss cdtradepost. they knew me by name, saved me stuff, gave me personal deals. nearest one in like in kansas but they usually dont ship consoles unless its to another store. cant wait to see more :D

Thanks so much! It’s definitely hard to get anything for below market value now. I get pretty lucky on Facebook marketplace just by looking constantly. I have a few stores near me as well that are well above eBay price and it’s just ridiculous that they even price things like that.

Awesome tour as expected. I don’t easily swoon over ‘gaming walls’ but man, yours is put together so well it’s impossible to deny! Quick note on those clear vinyl covers for the TG16 games, they WILL melt and strip the artwork from the games at some point. You may want to pull those out while you are still in good shape. 👍

Sick collection! And sick rule of rose story. For the loose tg-16 games those sleeves they come in over time they get sticky and nasty what I’ve done is put them in TCG sleeves. You can get some penny sleeves or whatever sleeve you want. And then put them in those 9-card sleeve holders.

absolutely wild collection, man. congrats. setup looks so clean as well, i watched the other tours before this one. a lot of care went into acquiring these and maintaining this collection. the wildest thing I noticed is that with a collection your size, the games aren't alphabetized! this isn't a criticism, but I am definitely curious how you have them arranged/if there is any rhyme or reason to how they are organized. cheers!
@gameselectronicsrus39092 жыл бұрын
There is really no reason on how they are organized honestly. Sometimes I will put little sets next to each other but even then I don’t Really do that that often either. My reason for minimal organization is that I’m getting new games all the time and it becomes annoying trying to find the exact spot they go. I appreciate your comment and I hope you enjoy my other videos!

No such thing as a garage sale of video games these days. EBay and Amazon killed all that. Today if somebody has video games they put them up online and get the full price for them. Makes collecting games these days extremely expensive

eBay and Amazon have been around since the 90s. It was never an issue back from 2000 up til at least 2017. It only became a problem when Wata Games and the pandemic surfaced. Either way, I don't think things will be going back to normal any time soon sadly.
