Video Game Devlog 03 Bo AI UE5

The art direction reminds me of a PS2 game I used to play as a kid, Whiplash :)

I should have Bo Bot finished in a few months. I will be selling it on Steam. I also have two additional titles under development. They are all solo basic game designs, that I am giving myself limited time to complete, so the game complexity is pretty simple.

That made me think if they made a game on the C-3PO, R2-D2 side. It could work. Well see how it turns out soon.

A C-3PO game would be cool I think. I designed the Bo Bot game after the funny robot style, I am not a modeler but I found one that was close to my vision on the Marketplace. Bo Bot should hopefully be close to complete by around Jan/Feb 2024. I mainly have the level design and save game to complete. I plan on selling it on Steam. And then my next game is going to be even better, I already have a working early prototype for it. After more than two decades of working for other game studios, it is refreshing to be able to work on my own games. 3D Modeling is my biggest shortcoming though, I can easily do everything else. I'm only any good at basic geometric designs in modeling, but I'm only familiar with Autodesk Max.
