I'm actually giving the 2nd one to a friend already. When I got home and told him about the trip I asked him if he had one or wanted it.
@AlphaOmegaSin12 жыл бұрын
It does in a way. Figure if you're at home and wanna play it then why not? Blow it up real big on the screen and when you gotta leave you pop it out into your gameboy and keep playing. Plus it made put some of the games into color which was pretty cool at the time
@KrateKarrot10 жыл бұрын
Fuck it, I'm moving to america. Here in the UK all that stuff would cost £150 at least. A single gameboy is hard to find for less then £20.

Were the gameboys in full working order? The old DMG-01 gameboys have a very iffy flat cable for the screen. On a lot of units they start to come loose and makes either rows or collumns on the screen appear dead.

some of these remind me when i had my first game boy for christmas one year. my parents went out to walmart to get a gameboy color packed with pokemon yellow, and went out of their way to a pawn shop and got 6 old gameboy games that i seen in this video. i remember having Tetris (obviously), Motocross Maniacs, TMNT Fall of the Foot Clan (hard as hell), Batman (hardest old school game boy game ever), Bases Loaded, and Frogger. that was a fun year or 2 until i broke the gameboy screen :(

I used to own a Japanese Famicom cartridge of the original Super Mario Bros. with hand-written Japanese characters on the back of it in black marker. I actually showed this cartridge in my 'Proof my English Earthbound/Mother trilogy carts work' video I posted. I didn't show the hand-written Japanese characters on it though because in case it was somebody's full name, I didn't really want to present it publicly for reasons having to do with people's privacy.

Quote from Wikipedia about Spike Mcfang: The game follows the adventures of a young vampire, the title character Spike McFang, who is set to battle with the evil zombie general Von Hessler, who attempts to invade his parents' and his friend Camelia's kingdoms. The game plays from a top-down perspective; the player encounters several enemies in the game and by defeating them, can gain experience points and increase his level. Spike's main weapons are his cape, that attacks in a short range
