I own closed comfort in Pakistan. And it's great. Yeah certainly i want a little more air throw in exchange of little less cooled air but despite that it's amazing little device.

Funtertainment Close comfort pc9+ in relation to pc8 has less power consumption that is 175watts where as pc8 is about 300watts, according to my calculations pc9+ consumes around 200watts using a wire measurement device (clamp meter) and has a better air through which according to the company is about 12 feet but I could only feel it about 7.5 feet away. In a tent it can cool about 19 to 18 degrees in Peshawar. Currently PC9+ price is 42,000 Rupee's where as the older version is for 29,000, It works for me, my last month bill was about 4500 but I also use other electronic appliances such as ironing clothes, refrigerator etc. Hope this answers your question.

Funtertainment There’s a remote to control everything, and the maximum temperature it can go down to 17 degrees, yes without tent can give a cooling effect if you considering the whole room depending on the size. But in a room, it may also not make the impact you think it should.

Well you are promoting their product. You are as responsible as them. If you think you are true to your profession. Make a video on their poor customer service and poor product. I have trying to resolve this issue for last 2 months. Now they don't even pick up my calls. I can prove it if needed. So do the right thing and do another interview with professor and ask him about this issue. And then put it on utube. Be a true Aussie. Call spade a spade. When you do that I will send you a written apology.

Hi Naveed, apologies for not responding sooner. Why don't you try contacting the Australian company direct? Let them know that their Pakistani customer service is not up to par. I can certainly contact the Professor to ask what he knows, but as a customer you have the power to demand better service! The support page has great advice as well if you are having issues, if you haven't tried some of the things there, please try them. www.closecomfort.com.au/pages/support You can also get in contact via this page, which has a local contact email address and a contact us form www.closecomfort.com.au/pages/contact-us Please only call the main company itself, don't call the resellers as they are Australian resellers and they certainly won't be able to help you, but the company itself - they should be able to listen to you and investigate the problem. I am sure they will be very interested to hear one of their Pakistani distributors is doing the wrong thing by customers so they can find a better local distributor. Please let me know how you go and what result you had, after which I can contact the Professor if you continue having support issues.
