Youthful lolol! She's 50.. and how long must she be a judge before we would expect her to figure out that this is unethical? She has no excuse! It's common decency! And if she has gone through 50 years of life and hasn't figured out that this conduct is a disgrace, then she's not fit to be a judge. Anytime I've ever even been in court, not as a juror, just sitting waiting to be called for a traffic case or something, the bailiff always comes around and says you have to have phone off or at least on silent and put away and if they see a phone once court starts they will take it and you can go back at the end of the day andget it back This is insane. And me just as a factory worker you will NEVER see me on my phone unless it's break, or id have to be expecting some kind of extremely important call or aome family emergency and even then id give my supervisor a heads up before hand.

Judges receive very high salaries from taxpayers. They're paid quite well due to their supposed wisdom, maturity, and advanced degrees. This judge is proof that we need to keep cameras above every single judge. Make sure they're performing their duties correctly!
