the Mark 2 armor unleashed fig, although newer than say, the Mark IV, was still sculpted in the bulkier less articulated manner of the first run mark 2's. Essentially it was a newer figure but was still made from the older mark (if that makes any sense). HT began to really implement the major Iron man suit articulation advances in the Mark 4, 5, and 6, which all contain the ab crunch ability and better movement/sculpts. The major draw with this new one is head articulation and underlying rubber

The Mark VII suit is used in Iron Man 3 (albeit in subtle ways). I believe he used it during the scene where he first has his PTSD attack, and then in the final battle

When he had his anxiety attack he used the Mark VII. He adopted the the foldability tech from the Mark 5 into the Mark VII. That's why the suit opened up the way it did in that scene.

I mean, the articulated hands. This is the best RDJ headsculpt and the smiling expression makes it more life like compared to the mark 4 headsculpt.

From the front, the location of the gold colours make the armour look similar to the Neo-Classic armour from the comics.

I finally got my Black Widow and Ironman, Paul. At first, I didn't like the way the head looked in some of the pictures I saw on sideshow freaks. When I got it in hand, I realized the proportion of the head is better than the Mark 6 head.

Hi Optibotimus.Nice detailed review as usual.One comment I would like to give is that I wish the backdrop you used for this review was a dark one or a black one at that. Everything is too bright and the white light also bounces of the shiny metallic paint, so I couldn't see the overall details very well and could only see the minute details when you zoom in to a part of the armor. This white backdrop works for the hulk figure because that one was kind of a dark figure. Just wanted to help out :)

The repulsors stabilize the suit during flight, the thrusters propel the suit into and through the air.

I've opened the leg on my mark 4 when it was loose. It's 25 parts at most including the feet and the ball socket. Mark 7 doesn't look like it has as many parts.

How does your upper torso bend like that where the first ab armor cover the second one? I don't think my Mark VII can do that. it only rotates side to side.
