Hello Lucas! Happy that my shoulder tip helped 😀 Thanks your great question! The first thing that I think of is that you could be actively holding on the poles, which causes the muscle pain. Could you try to monitor it and loosen grip? The wrist strap can help you in the arm swing and holding on the pole. If this is not the cause of your problem, then other reasons could be over training and lack of stretching. I think that there might be also other people around who could suffer from the same issue, so I will do a video about this! 😉

I just got my poles and walked about 3 miles. I but be doing some wrong as the next days my knees hurt badly. What is odd is that before getting the Leki poles, I used trekking poles for Nordic walking and had no trouble. Any ideas ? Ty 🙂

Hello! Sorry to hear that you are having knee pain! My recommendation would be to think about, has something changed in your walking when you got the new poles? Are you potentially twisting your body in a way that could result knee pain (hips or ankles)? Perhaps you could compare your normal walking without poles vs. your nordic walking. If your family member could take a short video of both, you could easier compare your own style. To help you fixing the problem, I recommend you this YT video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5zXZ4GDepWeb6c
