I've never heard this cadenza - must be her own. She's wonderful here, so confident and strong. As Toscanini said, Mozart is not a little boy in short pants!

Superb playing. She does look older than her actual age, and even has some visible arthritis in her finger joints. Although it does not seem to impede her playing overall, you can see her avoiding fingerings that employ the 5th finger of her right hand, which appears to have a heberden node. She hyperflexes that finger when not using it, just like Vladimir Horowitz.

Truly. She can use it though, in fact that pinkie when she uses it, it's like a karate chop! But much of the time, it's curled up tight. In fact, when I try to get my little finger in that position [just watching her, my finger tries to get there], I get a cramp.

she wasborn in 1924, so in 1986 (this video ) she was 62 years old.
