I really like your videos Martin. Interesting that you mentioned McBride BC. I was in Katimavik in 1985 and spent 3 months in McBride BC doing volunteer work in the woods. Fondly remember the place for several reasons - my time there was Sept to Dec and I remember the sun was so late coming up and so early going down, I remember the huge logging trucks going through town and I remember a train derailment that had lumber on it and I help a local pick a truckload of 2x6 from the side of the rail tracks. and I remember the awful cold, so cold the pipes in the house froze. Keep up the good work!!

I am 40 and started using a cpap for the past 6 months. I m not even close to overweight. I had severe sleep apnea and kept waking up at night. The cpap works. I have the Resmed Air sense 10. Some nights can be hard especially when having allergies.

My wife is a fantastic cook. She is Italian and used to cook a lot of Italian dishes. Now as we have gotten older we eat smaller meals so the cooking is not as much volume but the variety is still there.
