house is nice but that's a bad high crime community, very high crime. I'm from philly, I know. I brought a home away from philly in pa. where it's safe. then you have to worry about parking around there . that community was mint years ago, no more.

The houses in philly are nice especially since gentrification. Philly is in the top cities in america under gentrification plus all those renovated homes are in high crime murder areas where black people are robbing killing and fucking each other over. You want to take those chances with your life that's you i live where it's comfortable safe nice. Affordable. F. You. And mind your own life business.
