Timothy, I randomly stumbled across your channel and I am glad I did because I really enjoy your content. But then I saw this video and its crazy, because I actually worked on this project! I am an architectural illustrator in Mars/Butler, PA, and I did the original renderings for it. I worked with the design team and helped a lot with the exterior design to produce renderings that they used for marketing the units. It was a really fun project to work on, and its awesome to finally see what the final interior looks like. Great work and thank you for providing this tour!

This looks like a great space if you don’t have time for yard work. The different floors would help get some exercise in. Love the basement, main floor, and the top floor. The master bedroom suite is fantastic, but I would prefer the closet didn’t have a door to a shared laundry room. The only problem with all the stairs is that my parents are getting older, so it would be hard for them to visit with all those stairs. Four floors seems like an elevator should be designed in. I have a friend who has a 5 floor townhouse, but this one looks a lot more livable. Oh, and I would figure out a different place for the main floor powder room. Powder rooms next to a dining room just seem like awkward moments waiting to happen. The bottom floor seems like a great place for a murphy bed or really comfortable futon, as it can be a guest space as needed. Maybe add a door to provide some privacy.

Wow, this is SO nice! I love that backsplash, I've never seen that before. Great amount of space and layout. There are definitely some things I would change like the wall of dresser across from the master bed but so many cool features as well. This is one of the nicest town homes I've seen. Thanks for giving it a go !

I really love how townhomes have such character and everything you need tucked where you need it. Colors and furnishings make it even more desirable lol. Prices just get crazy and stairs can be iffy for people but you can see why there are a good option!

I love a nice townhome. Especially if it has a nice layout. I love the basement it's great for entertaining. We don't typically have basements here in Florida. And I love the balcony with the fireplace. Its always nice to have outdoor space in a townhome. And that kitchen looks huge. I'm loving the layout so far. The finishes are not my taste I don't like the rustic look but that can easily be changed

When looking for a new home I toured one similar to this plan. I have lived in a townhouse in the past. This one is nice and spacious. Like you I prefer to have space between me and the neighbors. Personally stairs don't get along with me. It's true! The stairs and that crappy entryway, which I hate determined my answer as no. Presently my daughter lives in an apartment with the same type of entryway. Yes, I hate it! 😆

This townhome is AMAZING! The only con is the entryway-completely void of the “wow factor” that accompanies the rest of this house! Wish there was a way to make the main entry connect to the garage entry which leads directly into the finished basement.

I would love to get the same layout with less steps in a single dwelling in the outskirts. Close enough to the neighbors to see their home and vice versa. But not close enough when I sneezed. My neighbor holler and say “bless you”. Best townhouse that I have seen of date. December 18, 2022.

Timothy that was a phenomenal TH, I had a 4 lvl TH in Va before, it was about 300sqf smaller and didn't look anywhere close to that one (it was 20 yrs old) lol but man that one is exceptional!

Just a tip, I originally started watching for that, but as I am a serious buyer looking for a specific price range, it's almost impossible to find a KZbin channel that focuses on having a playlist for specific price range, or style of home. The townhouse is beautiful, A no because of balance and joint issues. And when the panned the windows in the main bedroom it looks like your home is in the parking lot of a store! I guess I am to country, I prefer to see trees, water, and wildlife. I enjoy the distance between my neighbors and myself.

Very nice home for younger healthy family with all those stairs you don't need a gym. Very beautiful and one thing that is ALWAYS a concern with condo's/Townhome condo's is house payment on top of condo monthly fee . And for this amount of money I definitely would want to have a full fence around the little yard in case you want a dog or two. So wish they were putting in the fence so they were done but as t least would want to make sure I can fence off My yard. Otherwise some of the nicest one's I've seen. Thanks for the tour

Townhouses can be a great option depending on the needs of the individuals. So if you choose to add them to your tours, I won’t complain. This is a beautiful, gorgeous home and not much I would change about it. I did not see a vanity area in the master suite area but I may have missed it while picking my jaw up off the floor. I know I would be in great shape after living there for a week or so…lots of stairs! And I won’t tell a soul that you climbed the ladder to the loft…after all, the signage was so small, it’s understandable why you missed it! 🤣😉🤣

Since so many in the comments hate the entry way, I had to go back and look again. The laundry room is what sold me. Most single family homes do not have a real laundry room, but a laundry corner. 😂 I agree, no wow factor at the entry. It's giving me old apartment building vibes and then BAM!
