Not sure what ohfa means. Ovbiously Tyre and this were 2 very different incidents. Tyre allegedly committed a traffic violation that warrants being pulled over and ticketed. Instead a bunch of angry and untrained officers ripped him from the vehicle and beat to death. This guy was a known violent criminal that was known to be armed with a firearm and was actively resisting.
