Heck follow what the lecturer hinted at and search out alternative Chinese healing..... The 2 Chinese guys im thinking of are probably waaay too old or dead now but they used Chi to heal..... Chi is everywhere and surrounds us and it is nature or apart of nature itself... Cant remember his name their name, theres obviously more than those 2 Chinese guys im thinking of..... but i think he got quite famous for generating heat and electricity and thus healing, he was in his 80s or something like that years ago when i watched a vid of him generating and projecting energy..... 🧘‍♂️THE TECHNIQUE👁️ The goal of this technique is to activate your Pineal and Pituitary Glands/ Third Eye. You must realize that the metaphysical experience is the direct result of a physical process that you force to occur within your body. Begin by laying down in a safe place. Do a basic meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. Once you are relaxed, you are going to start squeezing and expanding your brain. Your brain is attached to muscles and tendons let you expand and squeeze it. Bring your focus to your forehead and try squeezing and expanding your frontal lobe. Concentrate and keep trying until you can get it. Once you can feel it moving then move to the center of your brain, (this is where the glands are located, the Eye of RA) and do the same thing. Squeeze then stretch it out, feel it expand as if past your skull, squeeze, expand... After a few minutes move to the back of your brain where the Claustrum is located. This is where the Sacred Oil is produced. Do the same, squeeze, expand over and over. Once you get the hang of it, start doing it in a wave motion from the front to the back. Continue squeezing and expanding repeatedly until you can start to feel the fluids moving, such as mucus running down the back of your throat. Some people, myself included, experience something that sounds and feels like a crust breaking off the outside of your brain, this is normal. The objective is to get your brain working, you have never used it like this before. Once you get the fluids moving you want to push the Oil from the Claustrum in the back of the brain down the back of the spine, down your nervous system and back up the front. Using your back muscles, push the fluid down the back of your spine to the bottom. Squeezing your muscles in your lower area like your buttocks and sphincter. Then start pushing the fluid up the front of your spine. Men as well as women have kegel muscles, use these like a pump. Using your stomach and your chest muscles, continue pushing the fluid up the front of your spine into your brain, pumping the fluid up the front of the nervous system into the Pineal and Pituitary Glands, the Promised Land of Milk and Honey. Continue repeating this pattern, from the front of your brain to the back of your brain, down the back of your spine to the bottom, and up the front of your spine into your brain. Repeat this process as long as you can. When I did this I was not staring at a clock but it felt like an hour. Realistically I would say 15 to 30 minutes. I did it until all of a sudden I couldn't close my eyes! Not even to blink. This lasted for several minutes. At first I thought I broke my brain! As soon as I was able to relax enough to barely close my eyes, I slipped... Some things to note: 1. I know to a lot of people this sounds weird, (like it's not already weird) but you need to make sure that the Moon is in your Sun Star sign. The Moon affects the fluids in your body and helps the Oil be created. 2. The ancient gnostic text talk about sexual abstinence in order to get this to work. I refrained from having sex for two weeks before I did this. 3. Make sure you are in a good place in your head and that you have pure thoughts. Because if you don't, you won't go all the way to the end and meet the Light. 4. If this does not work the first time, try decalcifying your brain for six months and then come back and try again. I put in a reverse osmosis machine under my kitchen sink for $150.00 and I quit using fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, which is what we are trying to activate. 5. This last one is a WARNING. Working on yourself is PARAMOUNT beforehand so that you have the best positive experience you can. Also, you need those skills for afterwards. I was super high for about 2 weeks and then I became insanely negative. It took a lot of hard work to crawl out of that hole and then maintain the connection, so you need to be prepared for that mentally. SUICIDE HAS OCCURRED IN THE UNPREPARED. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING. Pineal gland is size of pea, right behind your t zone between your eyes. Most ancient religions have referred to this eye. In Hinduism, we called it third eye and covered the forehead with sindoor or sandalwood to keep pineal gland cool. The ears are pierced only at the bottom, to activate the corresponding meridian. We don't pierce everywhere else. When we meditate on the area of between the eyes, radiate white. Activated pineal gland only happens if the meditator has taken correct steps before meditating long term. Most hermits who meditate just need some liquid from the pineal gland and this will keep them alive for many years without eating or drinking. Normal people can't do this without going crazy. Caution is required when activating pineal gland, otherwise may go crazy.

The third eye was our only eye way, way ago when we were cyclops. I really don't want to be that guy. I think that meditation is good and practice is great. But I believe what you are experiencing is more eye strain and the purple you are seeing is the light from the room being seen through the skin/eye lids. And that plus blood pressure is causing you both to feel a tingling sensation as well as you are still seeing the light coming through. If you are doing stuff like this you are trying to hard. Extract yourself from the thoughts. And do it in pure darkness. Don't put extra uneeded strain on your eyes to see affects. When you're ready you will experience it. Drugs help many experience it faster. But you can achieve this without them.

This is weird, but when I was born I had a bump where the third eye is located on my forehead. The size of a pea and went away at the age of 4 or 5. Interesting. I do believe that the somewhat myopic focus only on the brain in our heads results in only half of the story though. What about the brain in our belly, our guts? Where does the soundtrack to the movie come from? Not the projector. Sound influences the movie in which we live, sometimes even more than what we see (just try watching a movie with the sound off to see what I mean). Sound isn't visible (unless you have it go through material loose enough to be moved by it) yet it influences reality (and our perception of it) immensely. So thats why I daydreamed all the time as a kid. My teachers were constantly criticizing me and reporting to my parents that all I did all day was daydream. I hated school and eventually dropped out at 16. It wasnt until I was 20 that I went back and upgraded to get the courses I needed to go to college. I did grade 8-12 in a year with one arm because I had injured my arm at work and was in and out of surgeries that year. I was later tested to see which side of the brain I used predominantly and the Professor said I was Right Brained Dominant. I tested the highest she had ever seen in her 20 years of teaching. That explains alot because I have always been visual and that is why I hated school so much. I was painfully bored in class. It wasn't until I was forced to apply myself that I did school. I still hated it but I managed to get through it. Not everyone learns the same. I'm glad more teachers are aware of this now.

There's some confusion what the third eye really is. But there's a strong argument that it's actually the imagination. If you live with Aphantasia, then you have no visual memory and you can't imagine. I have this, and always thought, using one's imagination was a figure of speech. But it's not. When asked to imagine a beach or someone's face, most people can see the image as if they were looking at it in 3D life. Some are better at it than others. The ability to harness this inner projection, is genetic and not will power. Also, psychological or emotional states may make it easier or harder. Despite all of this, the main a-ha moment is realizing everything seen in the 3D world is actually a projection inside your brain. What this means is that the light of the brilliant sun is actually inside the body. But the retina absorbs and blocks the light from traveling further into the body. And all of this leads to the truth, that there is light inside the body. Though aphantasia may sound horrible, those having it are way better at abstract thinking. They can put the bike together and make it work. While ironically most phantasians can't logically engineer the bike even though they see it. They can't see the trees separate from the forest.

So listen. This may sound strange but I need to say it to see if anyone else noticed this. I like to meditate in complete darkness. No light anywhere. I even have thick curtains and sometimes I even cover myself in my blankets to get it really dark. I've noticed a while back when first doing this....that I can focus on my limbs. Really focus on them and move them around and in my pitchblack vision....I can see a faint dark green glow on my limbs. At first I thought it was an illusion or maybe I was cheating and it wasn't really dark. So I blindfolded myself and yep....I can clearly see the green glow on my body. It's not very strong....it's faint. But that is amazing!!!! How do eyes do that? Is it a sort of illusion caused by the brain so you can tell where your limbs are? After years of doing this....I'm still amazed. It's been a while since I tried it...maybe a year. I should try it again. Anyone else experience being able to see their body even in pure darkness? Is it green? Edit: just extra information. The distance is not that great. I can only see the faint green glow if my limbs are close to my face. So I can't look down and see my feet as green glow. I would have to go stretch my feet up to my face and about a foot away I can start to notice the faint green glow. Also...it is not that focused but it is surprisingly focused. You can tell some details. When I open and close my hands....the glow doesn't show each finger but it does get bigger and smaller. You can tell that your hand is opened or closed. Played around with that a bit. Even finger by finger works sometimes...but it's more of a glow amplifier rather than detailed.
