During Halloween I talked about the retro gaming visual novel Dead of the Brain on PC-98 (also available on MSX and the Sharp X68000) and I was A) surprised how many views it received and B) surprised how many people asked for more visual novel content / retro japanese PC Gaming content! So I decided to start a new "when I feel like it series"....Just Here For The Vibes...because this is all in Japanese!

Dead of the Brain 2 is a continuation of the original Dead of the Brain but sadly this one has yet to get an english translation. Inspired by Return of the Living Dead, its a legit atmospheric and horror filled visual novel with some quick time events...and of course big vibes! If you like zombie video games then there is something here for you!
Marine Philt is the third part of the Nightmare Collection and it's basically Aliens: the Adventure game! It has huge H.R. Giger influences and borrows heavily from the artwork of the movie Alien. Another legit vibey retro pc gaming banger of a PC 98 game!

Sadly neither has an english translation rom patch...so its Google translate or you better read Japanese! But I love retro PC games so let's hope this series does well so there can be a part 4!
Both games played via video game emulation: Neko Project II via emulation even if I own original copies of both games!
