You should see this live in concert. Her entire shows are simply spectacular! I just saw her 2 weeks ago in KC and the crowd lost their ever-loving minds during the bridge. It's like an out of body experience. On another note, every time I hear her singing the line, "So I shut them out for you cuz I was a kid"...it reminds you that during this time frame she was literally a child. As a father and uncle to young girls it really pulls at my heartstrings. But man, what a performance! Her and Finneas are just amazing at this stuff.🙏☺️🎤🎶

My favourite thing is to watch people react to this song for the first time. I wish I could hear it again for the first time it's a unique experience, it's so good. Also this song live is a whole experience. She directed the video btw, check out the behind the scenes she posted on her channel, she does everything herself no green screens too.

One of my favorite songs from her - I don't trust anyone who doesn't like it or doesn't cry when they hear it, lol. I also love that this is the title track from her last album, and the video ends with her sinking into the water.... and her next album (Hit Me Hard and Soft) cover shows her sinking into water under an open door. Like Hit Me Hard and Soft is the next chapter in her story.

some amazing billie songs i haven’t seen you react to (unless i missed it) and i KNOW you would love: lovely mv featuring khalid, the greatest, her song for james bond movie called no time to die (the live performance is stunning), all the good girls go to hell mv, bury a friend mv, wish you were gay, everything i wanted mv, billie bossa nova, GOLDWING, basically all of her songs are incredible listens everytime. she also did a live performance of a song she made for her friend that passed away xxxtentacion called 6.18.18 it’s a real tear jerker. she also has done some amazing covers you should react to such as: bad by micheal jackson, hotline bling, the end of the world, have yourself a merry little Christmas (one of her best vocally imo)

She is sooooo good. I saw her live in Denver last week.. amazing! Hard to believe she is sooooo young. She definitely has an old soul. Have you checked out the acoustic version of Wildflower for Apple Music on YT? So good.

Here it goes: * This is about her ex when she was ~17 ( he was in his 20’s). It opens with the softly lit room (* and it is bright daylight *) , warm colors, very Old Hollywood . Billie is singing what sounds like an old torch song with a bit of Patsy Cline. Her shirt is black and says “ I Don’t Have To Sell My Soul…” It’s as if she’s trying to fit herself into a scenario but it’s not “ right”. STARK CONTRAST ➡️ The tone and the scene are not syncing up. We see the drips of water. Are they representing tears? Or maybe just the TRUTH is leaking through…Lights flicker…and… It’s the “ watershed moment “. The TRUTH flood in . (* He did call her one time driving his Benz while drunk. It’s in the doc THE WORLD’S A LITTLE BLURRY.) And when she surfaces it is her BREAKTHROUGH. She sees the “ excuses” for exactly that…EXCUSES. And NOW the scene feels right. The colors match the mood which match her shirt which match her feelings…AND SHE IS FREE!
