Another amazing part is that all the fans around the cage were actually his fans as extras. Whenever he does a video that requires a whole bunch of extra people he put the call out to his fans to come and be the extras in the video. this is also where the NF fans get their name of OutKasts from.

I didn't know that! I guess I'm an #OutKast then.

Patrick Tohill and NF produce all his videos together. NF is TOTALLY involved in his video shoots in EVERY aspect. I know for a fact because I've been in two of his videos, Leave Me Alone and Motto. He directs the the camera men, chooses the angles, how he wants people positioned.....EVERYTHING. NF has what he envisions in his head and together, he and Patrick have been making it happen since the beginning of his career. NF is a total media artist, song writing, singing & tapping on the studio & live, directing/producing all his music videos, music production & editing with Tommee Profitt, who also has been with him from the beginning all of it. Nate, Patrick, and Tommee are the REALest!

It’s funny seeing the line of cars behind them as they’re filming the driving shots. Somebody was upset back there.

So glad you did this one! I was super curious about the car stunts cause that’s wild! Next one should be “Let you Down” that is one of his most popular songs and really cinematic music video.

Love soooo much!!!!! We are soooo blessed to have him!! :) :) :) ♥ ♥ ♥ 1st Chronicles 29:11 Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

So his fan base are called the outcasts. Myself included in that. Love this song and I agree it's one of his best videos. I think clouds as a video is better but I do love the lighting in this one.

Absolutely Great reaction man! You should definitely go back and react to some tracks off the sacred journey list. Pick anyone, you'll probably wonder why it wasn't on the list of not at the very least just love it! 🩸🗝😎

I always interpreted the cage as his damage riddled past that he perpetually lives in as he shares his journey with us, and has to put on all his past pain as he performs. His fans are joining him in his cell. As he has grown, he could move on but also can’t as his music and fame are tied to his prison.
@ImRickJames24Ай бұрын
Here in "Outcast", Nate starts out with "Woke up in a cell. Where am I at?" He is not asking himself where he is at. He is asking his fans "The Outcasts" where am I at? In "How Could You Leave Us" Nate says "They say pain is a prison, let me out of my cell". NF knows the real "Outcasts" will understand that he is really saying that he woke up in pain. Later in the verse he confirms this by saying "Sing along to the pain, they love it". He holds the keys to unlock himself from his Pain, Anger, Fear and Regrets. Yet he still doesn't know how to use them. First he needs to find the "Map To Hope". "Hope" will lead to "Joy". "Joy" will lead to "Happiness". "Happiness" will lead him to the "7 Letters" which is "Freedom". The keys represent Hope, Joy, and Happiness. Cheers!

The keys are also a callback from Outro (where he finds them up at the end) and Intro III ("cause I thought you had me in prison this whole time, but I'm the one holding the keys"). I got a tattoo of keys on my ribs to help remind myself that sometimes things actually are in my control.
