I never got to see anything more than just the first floor when I was a kid... Now my only way of getting a glimpse of the rest of the house is right here in this video tour. I'm very sad. I am also very grateful this exists. I can look at what I did get to see once again and also what I never got to see in person for the first time. Right here in this video. And, with the 360 view I can look at whatever I fancy looking at, even the light fixtures and the details on the ceiling. I have a strange feeling of strong appreciation for this video tour, mixed with the sadness of this mornings news of the fire. What a horrible loss for the community..

i'm so angry they didn't do this of every single room. There were so many different bedrooms! so many different bathrooms. He didn't even go into the kitchen quarters and the washroom. What in the world kind of a tour is this?

Yes. I went to Chico State and graduated in 1983. I did one tour in the Bidwell mansion, and always planned on going again, but never did. It is such a shame that such an historic home and all of the furnishings were destroyed. They are all irreplaceable.

Heard about the fire 🔥 🚒 on December 11th 2024 & came in to see what this place was. It's unbelievable that I can watch this video, move around the room as I like, listening to someone tell us about it, like it's REAL TIME, ALL the time!!??!!?? I have never heard of such a thing as this before. Can anyone please explain HOW this is done??? 😮 Thanks for the tour of what used to be....... but will never be again. Talking about this, The Lord Jesus reminded me that no matter how much anyone accumulates, no matter how much they enjoyed it at one time ⏰, no matter how many memories 📝 were made there, no matter how much laughter filled the rooms at one time, It's ALL passing away. EVERYTHING, that is not rooted grounded and done for The Lord Jesus Christ, will be meeting it's end, burned, sooner or later. The Holy Scripture's say that even the work we do, if not with the right motives, done in love, for & by The Lord Jesus, will be 🔥 burnt up too. Only what is done In Christ Jesus, in His Love, In His Name, FOR HIS GLORY, will not be burned, or pass away. Give your heart and your life and your EVERYTHING, to The Lord Jesus Christ, The Holy King of Glory, and live your life for Him alone. 🐑🕯️🕊️🐑🕯️🕊️ EVERYTHING else, will pass away, and is but, for a little moment. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD HE ALONE IS WORTHY.

I'm really disappointed that I can't go see the new renovation. I hope the person(s) who did this spend the rest of their lives in prison. They aren't fit to live in free society.
