@@SilentStorm_5 As an firefighter/emt I have been on a few of these which is how I can usually tell whether a crash is survivable or not. While I agree with you that the drunk driver usually survives these, the damage to the vehicle suggests that even if he did wear his seat and by luck survived the crash, he would have been in extreme critical condition and would have been flown out to a major trauma center with extremely life threatening injuries and may have lasted into the night, tops. In otherwords, he wouldn't have lasted 24 hours and would have succumbed due to multi system trauma. The MOI ( mechamism of injury) is to great for this crash to be have survivable. It's the Kon Tiki in Tucson Az. That was always in the back of my mind. But a regular/nephew did kill a woman in a Dodge dart on her way to work Sunday morning. The law had just changed here and they made an example out of his ass. He even left his 10 yo cousin in the truck and ran. Another chic had a 2week old baby, went partying, rolled her truck and killed herself. Both of those were partying in the hood and weren't even my bar. I question having a blood-alcohol level as stated. Several bottles were smashed during the accident getting alcohol all over the body. His body was basically ground into hamburger meat. Any toxicology report would be tainted by such a mix. Did he have a drinking problem? Who saw him before he left for Las Vegas and was he drinking at that time? My mother once was an alcohol salesman and was involved in an accident while transporting 30 bottles of high end stuff. A lady had a medical incident and hit her while she was stopped at a light back in Atlanta GA. When the police arrived they smelled the alcohol and had the mind that it was a DUI although the other woman was quickly transported to the hospital. The put my mother in handcuffs and drove her to the hospital for blood work. The doctor could smell the alcohol all over her but on further examination told the police that she wasn’t even a little bit intoxicated. The bloodwork took days and she was booked at the time. They gave her a blow test but she was soaking wet from the broken bottles and although it cam back negative they arrested her anyway. Eventually the charges where dropped when the tests came back clean. The charges were dropped. She was able to keep her job for a while. Unfortunately Kenny’s body was pulverized into a pile of mess and had all that alcohol covering it. It doesn’t mean anything to accuse him if driving drunk. And, if he did, he’s already paid with his life. What a sad ending to a good man.

You're the reason why I don't try to please anyone. Because half of the world if not more still believes in spirit God's demons energy that can't be seen measured or felt. Just silly. Besides he crushed into two people and injured them why would he go to heaven still? If that's not Constitution too remain in purgatory till you do something good IDK what it is

What a damn shame! All that good liquor wasted, alcohol abuse if you ask me!

Why is a liquor monetary value a part of the story. Vary cold.. liquor store dies from dui. But wait, I need to know how much the liquor costs... WTF is that.

Because that's about $50,000 in wasted tequila! Tequila!

Because it's a story about a fatal delivery truck accident that spilled a shipment into the road 🤷 It's just kind of a part of the story.

What a weird way to report this. Like you were trying to say the police were trying to cover up the potential drunk driving without coming out and saying it. Kind of BS if you ask me.
