One of the best of all times... VedAranyam Vedamurthy has not been as recognized... He has always been a favourite of mine. The great TNR and later Karakurichi ArunAchalam stole the show and recognitions, i guess... This is solid, brilliant music... Fine blowing... The sruthi petti and the Otthu makes me feel nostalgic about the golden days of CM

I never liked Nathaswaram used to avoid listening but liked to listen to vocals on AI Radio . Somehow I happened to listen to Shri V Vedamoorthy' s on All India Radio ( wen I was a teenager from SriLanka ) and thought this is the only nathaswaram I like. And used to regularly search on "Vaanoli " and listen on AI Radio from SLanka . And really enjoyed them . Great pity I was extremely sad to hear that he passed away very early. Though living in London since 1965 I never forgot Shri Vedamoorthy Sir .when I went to India I tried to get his CD s in Mailapoor but no joy. Today I thought I' ll search on U tube and was overjoyed to find this lovely recording . If Sir's family members have access to Sir's recordings will be really happy to listen. Is this the only recording of Sir's Nathaswaram available please ?
