வணக்கம் மருத்துவர் ஐயா. தங்களின் விளக்கங்கள் அருமையாக உள்ளது.எனது வயது 75.சுமார் 18 வருடங்களாக varicose veins உள்ளது. ஆங்கில மருத்துவத்தில் stockings அணிவது மற்றும் கால்களை உயரமாக வைப்பது போன்ற நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும்போது DVT உள்ளது (Venous colour Doppler ) எடுத்த பிறகு சொல்கிறார்கள். 500steps நடந்தால் Calf musils வலிக்கிறது. தங்களின் பயிற்சி வீடியோக்களை பார்த்துவருகிறேன். தக்க தீர்வு சொல்லவும். நன்றி.
