Can you tell me why question 6 is not A? I thought he said he was a member of Kirkley Rangers football club and when he went to the shop last week, the asistant said she knew nothing about it. When he checked again on the football club website, it confirms what he thought. Thank you.❤

Cause there's no incident happening in this case, he just wanted to know about the discount which the assistant didn't know when he asked.

Excuse me, can you tell me why question 19 is G not H? She said that the problem was, her friend got a longer lunch break than her and she started wandering about that. I think she means she is not happy about that.

Yes, But you may misunderstand here: First: "her friend works in another company (different company with the speaker) , so when the speaker said: " her friend got a longer lunch break than her", this doesn't mean she's comparing and feel unhappy about it. It's just point out that she and her friends have diffrent break time, but she also started wandering back a few minutes over the hour. >>This mean she wasn't very puntual (on time) >> G is correct answer.

OK. Thanks. But can you tell me why question 22 is H not E? Although he said he was told to do things that weren't in his job's description and that is not fair for him but he also says retirement suits him better and personally, I think he means it is too challenging for him not he's treated unreasonably. Thank you ! :D
