This video was filmed in May, 2024. Thuong and I had an amazing time cycling through Vietnam and are really glad we ended up doing this bike tour before moving. When I was in Vietnam I tried to avoid the heat. But now that winter is coming soon, I try to get whatever heat I can get before the temps drop 😂

I did Hoi An to Dak To in one ride in February - so, 235 km ridden in the opposite direction. I remember that concrete section of HCMHW as not being fun at all. Good job. One thing I was surprised about is that you guys were starting that late.

Nice! That section was definitely the worst part. Probably better to start early, but it's also nice to finish as the weather gets cooler

Glad you enjoyed it! Haven't spent much time in HCMC, but you can try asking some of the bike shops there. Some hotels will store it for you too.

Easy to do yourself, but would be better to have at least 1 other person unless you are very experienced yourself. We haven't used any tour companies so cannot recommend any
