Many MNC's burnt their hands in Vietnam and Philippines, Both English and Skill levels are low. For US Mexico is cost effective and for EU Poland/Hungary

English skill is what India had command on and we agree that Vietnam has to improve on the language but the infrastructure and accessibility is developing at a rapid pace there
