Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls, Nem Ran

This time my Vietnamese friend made us a Vietnamese dish called Nem Ran.
Nem Ran is Vietnamese fried spring rolls, called "Nem Rán" in the north and "Chả giò" in the south, and the characteristics of the ingredients seem to differ between the north and the south.
The ingredients for this dish are as follows:
・Onions
・Carrots
・Green onions
・Minced pork
・Kikurage (Jew's ear fungus)
・Dried shiitake mushrooms
・Shallots
・Vermicelli
・Eggs
・Rice paper
・Seasoning *The name is "Bột Canh i-ÔT", which is a kind of Chinese soup stock.
It tastes very similar to Japanese fried spring rolls, so if you see it, please give it a try.
(The video is only 6 minutes long, but it took about 2 hours to actually make it.)

材料は日本でも手に入るものばかりなので、機会があれば是非一度作ってみてください😁（ライスペーパーの入手は難しいかもですが、、） 味は日本の春巻きのような感じで、とても美味しいです🤤
