Vietnamese Pork liver Pate

When you add pate in your sandwich, it just makes your sandwich extra flavorful and delicious. In this video, I will show you how you can simply make your own pate spread at home. Ingredients:
1/2 lb Pork Liver
100g Ground Pork
1 Slice Bread
1 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Minced Shallot
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Butter to Grease the Pan
Served with French Baguette, Pickle Carrots & Cilantro.

Thanks for sharing! I always buy Vietnamese baguettes with pork liver pate with cold cuts in Toronto Chinatown . They are so yummy but I have no idea on how to cook the pork pâté. Thanks and I will give it a try.
