Vietnamese rice pancake - Banh xeo | Vuong Anh's Cooking Journey

Banh xeo or Vietnamese Crispy rice pancake is one of the most famous cakes that you have to try when you visit Vietnam. The ingredients are very simple, rice flour, coconut cream, water, and turmeric powder. In An Giang, Dong Lai temple is called Banh Xeo temple because they give out a lot of good Banh Xeo for free. The master who taught me that day, he has been making Banh Xeo for more than 20 years. Now, he works 12 hours a day in an extremely hot environment, and 11 fires around him at the same time, but he is still happy all the time. I learned a lot from that trip, not only the technique of making Banh Xeo, but also about the value of giving and sharing. The temple gives away thousands of Banh Xeo every day for anyone that come to pay the respect. I very appreciate what they are doing.

Thay vì nói tiếng Anh và phụ đề Việt thì nói tiếng Việt và phụ đề Anh thì tôi nghĩ kênh này sẽ phát triển hơn rất nhiều so với hiện tại

VA nói tiếng anh hay việt đều rất dịu dàng, nhỏ nhẹ, giọng êm tai, mình k biết bạn ở Úc thì họ có khen giọng VA không nhưng thực sự bạn là một trong những người nói tiếng anh hay nhất mà mình từng được nghe, bên cạnh Thảo Tâm và chị gì dẫn chương trình TalkVietnam, quên mất tiêu òi, dù sao cũng rất thích VA. Xinh đẹp, học giỏi, thùy mị, TA đỉnh... Đúng chuẩn người phụ nữ VN vừa hiện đại, vừa truyền thống...... Ai mà lấy được VA thì đúng số hưởng....
