This is the first time I saw Bún riêu. The ingredients are so rich and the soup must be very fresh. It feels delicious! I admire that old lady very much. She is still working at such an old age. The fried bananas she sells must be delicious! The rice skin of Vietnamese spring rolls is so special, sometimes I feel like I eat a plastic bag, haha! You speak Vietnamese very well. There're probably hundreds of noodle types other than just Pho in Vietnam. Each have unique flavor. Pho is just the most popular and in my opinion, it's over rated

Món bún riêu này phiên bản Miền Nam nhìn có nhiều cái cho thêm vào ngon quá, có Tôm và Da Heo cuộn. Bún riêu Hà Nội trước chỉ có mỗi riêu cua, thêm vài miếng đậu phụ rán bé bé xinh xinh. Giờ thì cho thêm nhiều thứ như Thịt Bò, Hột Vịt Lộn, Giò tai nữa nhưng cá nhân thì mình chỉ thích đơn giản có mỗi riêu ko, thêm xà lách, rau muống chẻ, thân chuối hoặc hoa chuối thái lát mỏng là ngon lắm rồi

Im not a fan of banana, rarely eating them. However fried banana is another story, it's super addicting. Unfortunately not any kind of banana can be fry, only the type you see laying on Ba's cart is that good.
