@@AveRage_Joe It looked like 6AWG wire connecting the top lug to the bottom lug, definitely not great for a parallel arrangement! Oh but I guess it's fine because you have wires that loop to the inverter from the far side? I can't imagine how that helps, the closest battery to the inverter is still going to see the highest current.

What’s your experience using the LuxPower inverter (5kw model) Been using it for almost three years now and they all seem to have an inherent problem (cooling fan failing) There’s up to 4 units i know of that have the same issue

I have only been using the 12kw Lux for a few months now. Funny you mention the fans going out cause the manual shows how to replace them😀 I also just got the 6kw but havent used it yet.

Mate to avoid of being hair around your cat when you're filming go and make a custom AveRage Joe t-shit but a polo one ({the one with buttons and collar} a grey one and the writing make the color of some shore water onto some island [that bluish color]), like a 2.0 version. here's a idea of writing if you allow me: Ave J Rage O E but the middle of ,,O" from Joe at the middle of Ave Rage ;) PoWeR !

Joe! I love the Average Videos. Scientific Question: can the single battery module be used as a simple 5kWh 48v battery without the top communication module? I realize that would take away any CAN/485 communications and would leave SOC up in the air, but I really like the format of the battery and was wondering if I could build out a system piece by piece as budget allows. Pricing of the module itself is decent (not stellar) so it may not be really worth it, but I thought i'd ask. - Thanks!!!

I dont see why you couldnt. Its a 48v battery. You can connect a ethernet to usb cable to see battery %SOC, voltage ect... May even be able to connect to inverter without the top box but havent tried. Price is pretty good with the 10% discount code!💥🤘

I guess it comes down looks or preference and if you have wall space or floor space and indoor or outdoor. I am liking the wall mount since it doesnt take up so much floor space. My first diy build was in a server rack. Was cool but took up floor space.
