@@em84c I still taste my raw beef when I make burgers or anything to taste it and make sure properly seasoned incase I need to add more of anything. It's usually safer to taste it raw then let's say raw pork or chicken. Steak tatare is usually made with the best cut not just some normal mince meat, that's why it's usually very rich and flavorful. It's a pretty higher end appetizer compared to let's say nachos but it's so good👍.

I saw on a cooking show the chef cooking pork rare. They said farming practices are better now so it's safe to eat pink pork but I still wouldn't do it. I think that's why Jewish and Muslim religions forbid pork. Back then it was quite dangerous to eat it. Thats one of the problems with religion. People follow rules which were made thousands of years ago. And a new prophet hasn't come and updated things..
