Viewers Calling the Police Again... My Husband's Sudden Death - Mom of 8 Kids

AGAIN, the police and Child Protection was called. The detective showed up again at my door because a viewer called them about my video. Child protection was notified the second time by some organization in Switzerland. I also answer some questions in this video.

I’m totally confused about the timeline on this vlog. In this vlog I learned her husband passed “last July” but the way it’s been posted online, the impression was that her husband had died very recently - in fact, it appeared that within hours of his death, the first vlog was posted onto utube. The letter from Family Services was made on July 16th. The husband died after the 16th. It's clear that Family Services were notified for reasons other than the death of the husband. The timeline is not adding up which makes me question what else is she lying about?

The referral on July 16 would be auto triggered by either the police or ambulance after a death at home and what they encountered inside the home. The actual letter closing case was Sep 23 before which there were 2 or 3 visits to the house.

Especially when finding out it happened in July but the comments which were recent were stating they still didn't know. That is the part that got me questioning things and thought not ok. The older kids shouldn't have that on their shoulders and be making those decisions and the youngers needed to know. I don't think anyone thought she killed him, but to just leave him on the floor laying in his own vomit and then to video tape it is very bizarre behavior. Also to let him lay there like that with young children in the house is just wrong. No child should have to witness one of their parents on the floor laying in vomit dying. This is the reason why this culture of KZbin family bloggers abusing kids is so easy to do: because of people like many of you guys supporting her, telling her that everything is going to be OK after she lied to all of us. She is putting a lot of responsibilities on the older kids, the older kids. Have you also seen their behavior? They hardly even speak. You’ve seen the videos; they don’t seem to be social. She has kept them away from a lot of stuff; according to what she said, she does not keep a clean house. Every time she does groceries, she puts it on the dirty floor. There is no way you and your husband were licensed social workers or have a degree in social work. You both would know better then to be in this situation. So many red flags.. im surprised cps did not remove your kids and place them with family based on the risk factors alone. How do you even plan to support all those kids and their living conditions are concerning. I’m confused as to when the social workers/police actually called. I was under the impression she was in real time in the video where she said a subscriber had called them. But it now seems from the dates on the letter in this video that it was back in July??? And for anyone saying I’m awful for giving this lady a hard time, I’m not. I’m simply calling to account someone who’s content *could* be used as emotional manipulation. I’ve seen it several times before on KZbin, invariably they set up fund raising accounts (sometimes multiple running concurrently) and then invariably get tangled up in their own web they’re woven. If this lady is genuine, she has nothing to fear by being honest about why she blanked out the date on her phone in a previous video. That bothers me, I wish she’d just address it honestly. I was a parent of 2 and a Foster Mom to 5 when my Mother died. Social Workers called offering respite care for all 7 and I thanked them and declined. They dropped by every other day to see if I was coping AND to see how the kids were coping. I assured the worker that I thought it important for all my kids had access to me and my husband to see it was OK to grieve and cry together and laughter at some. Of the funny times. We managed to limp along together. Because it’s such a traumatic event they are making sure you’re getting all the services you and the kids need. They are there to help ALL of you.

Losing a spouse and Dad is devastating, I’m sure! I am sure that you are just overwhelmed by the flurry of activity related to the situation that you find yourself in. My following statements/observations are written just to try and help you as you’ve come to the public for advice. 1) please consider taking down the first 3 videos regarding the death of your husband! The children were not being attended to and you were visibly in pain. You proceed to show your young children’s faces and one in just a diaper. You are discussing the very difficult topic of how to tell your children about the death of their father while also telling details about one of your children’s mental health problems!! Millions of us knew of the death before your own children! I know that they are aware now but out of just plain respect and privacy, I would take them down! 2) I totally understand why social services was called regarding your videos! They were very disturbing. Many people thought that things we were watching may be going on in real time! Your video titles are misleading; Period! There should be a comment on the screen reflecting what the current date is on the old videos! You basically attracted viewers that wanted to help you, thinking the crisis unfolding was currently happening and that’s no misleading!There are people across the world who cannot really spare money to help but did so thinking that your husband’s death just happened. 3) your older children should not ever be tasked with taking on parenting their siblings. Please be careful about using them to help make decisions that are not their responsibility to make. They are grieving as well. Your son should not have to do all of the driving! Please get a drivers license! 4). I encourage you to stop living a totally reclusive lifestyle. You need support and friendship; Especially when you are grieving or ill! Your children will benefit from playing with other children and deserve to know about and see that there is big, beautiful place called the world!! Hopefully they have been getting medical checkups. I mention that because you said that your 3 year old was standing beside you and it is noticeable that the two front teeth are missing. 5) Last but not least!! DO NOT GO IN FOR THAT MEETING WITH THE POLICE WITHOUT A LAWYER!! I WOULD NOT GO IN THERE THINKING THAT YOU CAN JUST CALL ONE IMMEDIATELY OR WALK OUT! I just watched two real life legal cases where the person was led to come in for some “simple” questions and was arrested!! DO NOT AGREE TO A DNA SWAB OR URINE TEST. They obviously do not have enough evidence to arrest you, but if they haven’t released his body to you that’s a huge red flag (not sure if you’ve addressed this but I just thought I’d mention it to you)! The situation is suspicious. I am not saying that you hurt your husband but your decision making that day was very suspicious and your videos seem to focus a lot on proving that you didn’t do anything. 6) I know that you are reluctant to getting grief counseling, however, I really wonder if KZbin is the proper forum to discuss legal issues or details surrounding your husband’s death. I think that you and your children would benefit from meeting with a grief and family counselor. It’s a good way to introduce your children to the world and most of all provide a safe place to grieve! Your children need to know that leaving someone, anyone, lying on the floor, non-responsive and having vomit coming from their mouth is an emergency!! I hope that you now realize that. I believe that living in seclusion can alter what would be common sense decisions. You began to try to create a defense from the beginning about the situation which would not even be of concern if the ambulance had been called immediately! There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help, but what you put out to the public is there and cannot be permanently erased. Sending my blessings to you and your children!!🙏🏽💐🕊️

ALWAYS get a lawyer when speaking to the police. they will tell you you can always not answer the questions, you can always get a lawyer, but that's because they have to say that. They want to set you at ease first, make you think they're on your side, so they can trap you into confessing. Not saying you have anything to confess or not, I'm just saying, don't trust the police. Get a lawyer. For anything to do with the police, any time you talk to them at the station, you must have a lawyer for your protection.

My fiancé felt that same feeling when he was let go from a prestigious job in 2009, during that recession. It was awful. He never recovered either. I think children’s services and police are doing their due diligence but know you are a good mom and have done nothing wrong. I get angry when I see people coming for you because you remind me of others I’ve supported and you remind me of me. No one deserves the trolling you’re getting. Hi Rosalie, I would DEFINITELY take a lawyer with you. Police frequently advise that you don’t need a lawyer, they’ll emphasize that you aren’t in trouble in order to make you feel comfortable and divulge additional information. You need somebody by your side (independent of your kids) that can make you aware of your rights and help to advocate for you. While I’m sure the loss of your husband/your kids father is incredibly difficult, you seem so much lighter and free-er than your previous content (including when he was alive). I mean no disrespect but it appeared that (likely due to his own struggles) your family had very much been kept isolated by him. I hope that in his passing you’re able to treasure the happy memories while as both individuals and as a family write a beautiful chapter in life. I wish you the best!

The tears I saw falling from your eyes the first video of yours I watched made me know that you were being truthful. One cannot fake those kind of tears. I felt so bad for you. Having lost my husband 5 years ago, I completely get it. There is such a gnawing in your stomach that is almost incapable of being quieted. Time does help, but it doesn’t end it entirely. I see your latest videos you are much more pulled together & w/8 kids, you don’t have a choice. Talk about the ultimate distraction!
