Ovation….I just really felt comfortable on this ship! The food was just better than any of the other three ships we’ve been on and we really liked the room we had (a very nice sized accessible! Oceanview)…and just LOVED 270!

We did a Mediterranean cruise in October on Symphony of the Seas. It was one of the best cruises of my life, however I wish it wasn’t so jam packed with ports but we had a great time. We did have one sea day at the end of the week and it was much needed, we did A LOT of walking. Enjoy and have fun!

I just watched a “what to know before traveling to Italy” video! I learned that “latté” means milk in Italian. So essentially you just asked for a glass of milk lol which is super common for Americans. Cafe means expresso so that’s why the barista said she thinks you mean a cafe latte

Great tip on the RC rep at the train station. I've looked at this cruise from Ravenna and didn't really give a second thought because of the logistics of getting to the port. Love this cruise vlog. Makes me want to run and book another RC cruise. Greece and Italy are definitely on our short list.

I use the pop up hamper too. I also will fold my dirty clothing before putting it in the hamper so when I go to pack to go home it is easier to do so.

Glad to see you two again. It’s so funny how on different Royal ships the Restaurants that serve the same food same everything can be so different. For instance on Liberty Sabor is absolutely the best Mexican food while on Harmony it’s just ok. Love your content please post more if possible. No one on KZbin does Cruise reviews better. Any chances y’all venture out to other lines other than Royal or Celebrity? I know Kerry has been on Carnival before how about Jubilee review? Either way can’t wait for the next one guys keep ‘em coming!!

I remember in your Flam Norway video, the dinner time question was what is your dream cruise. And Kerry said her dream cruise would be a Mediterranean cruise. That video aired about a year ago, and in this video you said you booked this cruise a year and a half ago. NO - you guys were on Explorer? We were on Explorer on 15 Oct 2023! Greek Isles cruise out of Ravenna! If you were on the cruise straight after that to relocate the ship to Civitavecchia, we must have missed you by just hours! Loved it, an older ship but still very comfortable. Currently on Odyssey on a 15 night transatlantic from Rome to Fort Lauderdale. I remember that ship from an earlier video you guys did too. She's super nice.

How did you like the Transatlantic cruise? I did my first transatlantic in May... 15 nights from New Jersey to Rome. Loved it but hated the fact that we lost an hour of day with the time zone changing for 6 straight days. You probably loved GAINING an hour each day with the direction your cruise went??!!??!!

@@PatrickWagz yeah gaining an hour a day was fantastic. It's the same sort of thing when we fly from Sydney to LA or whatever. But it's sort of reversed because you cross the date line.

The thing about passports in Europe is in a lot of countries it is a legal requirement to have government issued ID in public places. Though in saying that in all my time travelling to the continent I've never needed to show it apart from borders or hotels...

Agree! Royal Carib needs to do better on their mattresses!!! I do not understand why royal carib. pillows and mattresses are so bad! The best mattress I have slept on was Carnival Cruise Line - Sunrise ship. best pillows and mattresses!!!!

I would always have my passport on me in any foreign country just in case something happens to me or I was involved in some terrible event the cruise ship would not be able to help. Have carried my passport with me through many countries without issue.
