They're compensating for their real life failures, well known for all people who hardcore tryhard in video games. I used to do it in Rocket League, but that was at least a competitive game and not an asym horror game that is designed to be unbalanced.

10:33 He’s got Hex Crowd Control 👍 Highly underrated perk. Yes it’s a hex that can be cleansed but until (or if) it’s found it can really cut down chases even with experienced survivors. I use it all the time. It lasts longer than Bamboozle and activates when the survivor vaults instead of making you vault and slowing you down

I shall explain. The dream pallet can actually injured you if you're near it when freddy erupt it. I'm guessing in that scene. Once the shack pallet was gone. Freddy respawn them where they were healing. Ayrun camera angle was abit off to see it. If look at meg icon that was healing. It show her meter to sleep mode after that down. If you're awake and the dream pallet erupt near you, doesn't injure or down you just increasing your sleep meter.

The problem with quick gambit is that you have to actually be in chase for it to do any good, and the holy grail of looping is to NOT be in chase. The perk really needs an update (again) for it to be useful.

If you want to do another chase-themed build, I may have a suggestion for you! Sprint Burst (Gives fast boost when you start running with a 40 second exhaust effect.) Vigil (Turns the 40 second exhaust effect to 24 seconds.) Fixated (Makes you walk faster) Windows of Opportunity (Shows the aura of windows and pallets.) When starting a chase, let Sprint Burst take you away. When around windows and pallets, do your best to walk to quickly recover from Exhaustion while keeping the Killer occupied. Of course, keep on moving to different places to hold the Killer's focus. A challenge is to try and get more than two Sprint Bursts in a single chase. Fun video! Thanks for sharing! :D
