I agree with everything u say. U really have balls to criticize the game being vigor partner. But as an old Vigorplayer, im feeling tired. Same bugs for months, crosshair erased, then come back some.. wtf. Crosshair on rifles was cool🤷‍♂️. Legacy Seasons was something that made many players still playing the game… only 2 encounters abailablennow now really?? And nerfing the donations hub its been anoooother dumb bullshit. Thank you for your honesty and lovely comment. Sometimes I worry about being a little honest, but being Partner shouldn't mean that I don't voice my experience and thoughts. I am giving constructive feedback and I am trying to still support and promote what is left of the game. I have spent over 6 years with Vigor, been passionate about making it a household name, and now I see it sinking before my eyes. The community has always been at the heart of the game and it wouldn't have got this far without them

Especially because you're a partner, just roll it back if you ever get the old "maybe you should take a break from vigor" thing from the devs if you ever get too passionate if you get me lol. Anyways yeah I logged in on the weekend to farm my shelter and the donation box is broken(not implemented well)suprise suprise. I didn't know the Exact numbers but just going on food alone 180k in a week to get the best box is beyond ridiculous and you explained it better than I could've. Putting new features into a game shouldn't punish the player or make them have to grind more plain and simple. They should've kept the old 10k food for the 5 boxes and added this as a side tab with donation to grind towards plans you don't have or extras and wotnot with a longer timer maybe because it takes so many resources(like the challenges tab dailies and seasonal)or something. I played Vigor for the first time back in 2020, but i quit playing it for 2 or 3 years. It was like this until October 2024 which is when i decided to give it a second chance. I can't say the game sucks now, but i feel it's harder to progress on the game now. Because of this, Donating is pretty much difficult for me, it forces me to donate all of my materials if i want to get a good weapon plan. And i still need the materials to upgrade my shelter. It would be great if the amount of Gratitude you need for each crate was relative to the Shelter's level, or something that lowers the Crates cost for new players.

That's also why I played Snowball Fights so much, it guarantees you a bunch of XP and a LOT of crates, And Crates give materials 🤩

Thank you for your feedback and honesty You are right about the fact that the game is better than it was years ago and has evolved. Your comment about a good weapon plan - well it depends what you mean by a good weapon plan, as you gain the lower tier rarity first, so it is hard for new players unless they buy the plans they want or buy all the lower tier plans I like the idea of changing the amount of Gratitude. This could be a great overhaul altogether

Loads of XP and crates that give you extra XP when you open them and like you said, you can Deconstruct the items you don' t want to give you Materials which you can use in the Donation Hub. Saying this, the other day I used only Materials to get the 200K to check it all - which was 2 million Materials. That's alot just for 1 weeks worth though.

Food should definitely be worth more in the donation hub, as Tiny says it has no other use. I have only donated once just for a daily challenge.

I remember saving up 10k food for all crates, food was a resource I looked for in encounters for this reason. Now 10k food isn't even enough for 2 crates, the rewards however are extremely high for the current donation crate. If any changes does happen, id say keep the rewards lol, weapon plans 🎉

10K in food gets you half a white crate. It's worthless now, my shelters maxed out and it takes two weeks of collecting my shelter stuff to get a white crate.

Another thing I want to add is that when I play with people who have been playing for years, they are dissatisfied because they don't do something different to improve, such as looking forward to crossplay.

I think veterans have seen it all - including broken promises. So their passion for new things like crossplay is weak as there is no date to confirm it coming yet. At the drop of the season, they said by the end of January 2025 and now that we are at January, they are saying in 2025. The lack of new content, the fact that the weapon overhaul took years to come and hasn't really changed much, the lack of a new shelter improvement which seems to have not come but turned into a bad revamp of the charity box.... it goes on and on

The new donation hub is a kick in the teeth for new players, they're not going to be donating resources they need to build the shelter up to get a crate. I'm just donating now to stock up on special issue crates which I'll open on double XP days. Another badly thought out downgrade from the devs.

I think in the entire time I’ve been playing vigor I was lucky less than a handful of times to get plans in the donation crate and I had to go all the way to the top tier before one was handed to me and then it wasn’t weapons it was just a consumable even now I still don’t have all the healing consumables 🤷‍♂️. I’ve had to buy most of what I wanted in the store and again I only got these items when they are offering a discount spending crowns ! You could get plans before the change but you’d say oh yeah like when ? it was almost never ! I’d tried and tried but they were just very short in coming. Now yes as you’ve said in the video we’re loosing out not gaining and food just when we’ve all got our rat traps producing enough food to get a steady 10,000 a week you change it seriously and don’t get me started on gameplay shootouts seem to have magic bullets and other wonderful attributes 🤔🤷‍♂️

Thanks for you comment and honesty. I hear what you say about the lack of plans in crates over the past couple of years, this has been a hot topic. If this change with the Charity Box system to the Donation Hub is the only place to get a plan in the game, then the Devs need to change the other crate wording and be honest about it. If there is still a chance to get a plan from the crates, then there is still a chance - which should not be taken away. I do hope they re think the food value worth as the shelter is part of the main aim in Vigor - making that worthless is going to destroy the game There are many other issues in the game right now and I hope that the community make a point to raise these at the next Dev Stream

Athey have cut the exp too crate is 500 instead of 1000. Some been taken out.

I have checked all the crates. There is no change to crates XP when opening them. You can see all the XP values with opening the crates on my XP video I made back in August 2024 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYqWinmarrFjoqMsi=cLgPRsK8PEp56-dG 5 minutes in you will see the list of all the XP you get from Crate Opening. The only Crate not on the video is the NEW Donation Crate, which as I say in this video, is 2,000 XP when opening it

If they want make the donation crate even harder to get make it 250000 to get it but make food back to the way it was for xp and it's use and get all crates no matter what level you donate up to not just the 1.

La verdad es que no es cierto que antes te dieran planos. Yo solo tenia dos plano: Luger P-08 y Thompson. No se exactamente de dónde salieron pero los tengo esos planos desde el primer dia, estuve meses jugando abri cientos cajas (mas de mil seguro) y ninca me toco nada. Gracias a este nuevo sistema, me estoy quedando sin materiales, la comida es initil ahora pero por lo menos puedo conseguir planos. Lleveba meses, desde que empecé a jugar estancado con los dos mismos planos y ahora en pocas semanas ya tengo un montón de planos nuevos: escopeta spas, m14, ballesta, cuchillo vyper, carabina m2. No tdas me gustan pero se agradece tener planos nuevos, antes era imposible.

Thanks for your feedback and it sounds like you were one of those that joined when the plan loot pool was not very generous. I feel this could have been an issue, something the Devs never admitted and maybe a reason for the Donation Crate. This is my opinion and not facts - Many Partners have asked the Devs about the plan loot pool. It IS true that you could get plans before as I have all the plans and I have never bought a plan from the store, but I also understand that more recently, the plan pool seems to not be right. I think the idea of the plans in the crate is a perfect, but the means to get them needs to be more realistic maybe

I agree Those that need the plans - new players - do not have the spare resources and yet veterans have the spare resources, but yet don't need the plans
