Thank you for explaining Sri Lankan history in simple Sinhala. I learned to read basic Sinhala as a kid and received instruction from a Buddhist monk at the Kollupitya temple back in the 50s. I am a former Sri Lankan and presently live in the U.S. Last year my wife and I were in S.L. on a nine day tour of the Island which was a memorable experience. We were the only S.L. expatriates with 14 Australians on the tour. On our way from Kandy to Galle we passed tnrough Avisawella where we lived for 11 years in the 70s, and stopped briefly at the Parsonage (gathigruhaya). Great video and well presented by the lady.
Godak pin madam, ape jatiyata apiganama kiyala denawata.
