Very well said.... While art films are only for film festivals and Multiplex/Parralel cinema for more urban and intelligent audiences are generally genre specific and innovative, they fail to target masses and only target niche markets.... It's only commercial and big budget films that can result in huge box office revenues and bring money flow to the industry.... We forget this.... there should be good mix of commercial films and parallel/art cinema in any industry While Big ticket entertainers in South are made by Rajamouli, Sukumar, Prashant Neel etc.... In Bollywood they are being made by subpar directors like Farah Khan, Vijay Krishna Acharya, Prabhu Deva, Remo Dsouza.... Bollywood has lost the charm of making good engaging commercial entertainers (except Hirani) Most of them are either remakes, biopics or duds like Radhe.... Waiting eagerly for Adipurush!
