Sir, this is corten steel, basically made for rust freeness.. also it's painted with epoxy, so free from rust in sea.. When you make home in used containers, we also do same epoxy paint and its not prone to sea anymore.. also many cases we cover outer container as well with the cladding sheet, so no rain or sun get direct connection to container... 300000 Lak 160 sft Almost 1900 Rs per sft + transportation etc. + (high maintenance rusting )+ need AC throughout. basic house can be build for 2300 rs in traditional method not much of a difference!! ?? If it can cost with in 1500 range all inclusive then is a good deal

Sir, an empty container of 160sq ft is only 2 lakhs.. rest all insulation and interior costs only... so choice is yours on the interior cost... thanks

Yes we can build provided, 1. Strength of the existing building supports and 2. If we can lift container to top floor without any issues using crane ?

3l is too underrated.. I don’t think this house is 3L.. it can easily be 10L..modular kitchen cost is 75k minimum
