I am the same, I go outdoors for solitude and seeing other people does sometimes make me feel uncomfortable. Living on the outskirts of London many of the woods I frequent are very small suburban woodland so the struggle to find a place for peace and quiet can sometimes be an uphill struggle. But if one day does not go well, I know there will always be another to try again .
