Tom, I loved this one, especially now that I have made the coffee and the flat bread, I have gotten my fire anchor set like you cook on, my little cauldron too! I am also learning my little firebox and what it can do! (My Dad loves the flat bread!) I am carving a little S shaped Dragon 🐉 for my son. I wish I could cook for him like this, but he lives far away. I will send you a picture of the Dragon when it is done! Thank you for such inspiring videos!

I must say - such an inspiration 🙂 Up here we still have lots of snow in the woods. Why do such tall people make such low shelters? Our shelters here are built so you can stand straight. Many of them have two chimneys and fire pit, one on each side. I keep thinking your clothes make you look more like the image of monks or at least how TV and movies depict them. It looks cold there. San Diego North County is warm most of the time. It does cool at night since we are at the edge of the desert. Every time you light your pipe I want to smoke one of my 16 pipes. One of my favorites, Stanwell beach wood is getting resurfaced today with activated charcoal and liquid( water glass) or sodium silicate. It makes a super hard coating that protects pipes from burning out.

As James write … it’s easier to keep warm inside the low shelters … and great if there’s a strong wind 😆 which there’s always here in Denmark 🇩🇰. Our clothes is what the Vikings would have used. All authentic from finding in Viking graves 🔥 Tom

Hello Tom a different kind of nice day for a hike in the wilderness. In may ways I prefer whether like this to sunny and warm.
