I got adjustable shocks is there room to fit a spanner wrench to adjust?

You might want to adjust the shocks first before putting the bags. Or before installing you might have to move back the bags a bit so they’re not in the way of the shocks

I bought these bags years ago and they came with different brackets which sucked are these newer bracket to hold bags or did you just buy brackets somewhere else ?

I believe they re designed the brackets for better support.

Not good. You should have made it detachable. But that way you have to leave it on the bike all the time. That is no good.
