Filming a brinks guard performing their duties could actually be construed as nefarious pretty easily. What if you are casing his route? What if you are planning on robbing his payload later and gathering intel now? That's why he took a picture of you and was concerned about your surveillance. You really thought you got to him on some emotional level, when most likely, he just wanted to make sure he had a shot of you for later, just in case something went down.
@bretwalley46733 жыл бұрын
wrong, 1st amendment right to record anything in public. You can follow the brinks trucks all day long and as long as you are on public property record what they are doing.

@@bretwalley4673 Even after telling you I was not calling the law into question, you are clearly obsessed with legality, which is no surprise. Is it legal to do this thing? Is it possible to do this thing? Should I do this thing? You "freedom" obsessives only ever ask the first and second question, and but mostly retain a strict focus on the first. You know what I think? I think any grown men who can't exercise their freedoms with being a complete nuisance to the other people around them should have those same freedoms stripped. It isn't the state and federals responsibility to coddle man children. All this talk about rights and law and I never see you people doing anything meaningful with those same god/government given abilities. Instead you want freedom to hassle a working man. Pathetic

@@jikuhanzo9982 so you think feelings trump rights? They should have left the guy alone, he did nothing wrong, this is a good reason why police and government officials are losing qualified immunity and can be sued and help personally liable when they break the law and violate peoples rights. You are pathetic, the guy didn't hassle anyone, he was in public, legally, minding his own business and chose not to give up his 4th amendment rights and wanted to remain silent on what he was doing, that is his right, the courts have ruled you don't have to ID unless you broke the law. I totally agree that filming these guys is the same as premeditated bank robbery or hijacking because you are in their mind doing your research to hijack them later or the distraction you need for your prepping buddies to rush them, they dont know your intent and is putting them at much higher risk of attack because they have to stop their duties to document you making their job take much longer and delaying them from their next drop incase something happens later on all while having to stop their focus of people who actually have the intent to hijack them. You stand in their shoes and think of them being shot from paying attention to suspicious activity like you are and think twice
