I plan to do the 20km one, but something is unclear to me. How much of it is running compared to getting through obstacles? Because I have enough upper body strength but my cardio isn't top tier.

It's a parcour of 20km with obstacles, work on your cardio but you can run at your own pace

Then think go fight hand to hand for hours. And a huge majority’s of these people probably had bad eye sight
