Ubba in Vikings is one of the few characters I've been able to stand since Ragnar's death, Ubba in TLK was fucking awesome and everything I'd expect from a true Viking and son of Ragnar.

Vikings have better actions but The Last Kingdom have better scripts and texts by far.

the equipment in last kingdom is much more accurate, that was one of the things that always annoyed me about vikings... there were no standing armies in any english kingdom... they relied heavily on fyrd (levvy)...

Thats, right , The last kingdom is a little bit accurate , but the lack of the helms, chain mails and other stuff in both cases ...it's ridiculous.

I love both shows, both are so much different from each other, I saw Vikings first so with that said if I had to choose one my pick would go to the Vikings. TLK is so refreshing though and has some awesome one vs one battles. In the other hand I love the darkness of the Vikings, the use of their gods and how it impacted their quest and life style. The visions, music,battles, are some of the best. Ragna,Rollo and Loki are talented actors TLK has a more cristian feeling to it with religion being more strong pull to the danes maybe becuase of the time line. Both are awesome! TLK just realse their 2nd season and its even better than the last.

Script of vikings seems written by children compared to TLK. No humor or wit in vikings, loads in TLK. Uhtred is one of my fav characters ever in any show. The characters are so unique and the script so individualized, it seems the Vikings writer was writing for a single character the entire show.

In both show they use to much lether and ring armors. Only the rich have that. And too little colour. Vikings loves colours. The last vikings apper more genuint.

difference between those two shows is .. that vikings were just amazing at the beginning and started to slowly falling down with their quality unlike The Last Kingdom where it just makes me more and more hyped for this show. I'm not saying that tLK is better then Vikings but after ragnars death it doesnt looks like to be that epic like it was before. My opinion. (sry for grammar)

Uhtred is possibly the most wooden character I've watched, the dialogue bored me to tears and everything seems such small scale. It's not funny, 90% of the characters are just cringeworthyly bad actors and the best character imo leafritch gets killed off. Robbins show the last kingdom Vikings pissed all over it's blood eagled corpse for story development, overall plot, characters to care over and Vikings doesn't feel rushed, tlk happens so fast it's laughable, he's a kid he's a man he has a kid his kid dies he heads up north, boring, all the while the convosations being had are like something from an amateur drama class. I have it to the first episode of season 2 and I won't be continuing it's atociously bad writing and I don't give a fuck if utred son of utred lmao dies by the hangmans noose the complete idiot.
